Triple layer cheesecake: the creamiest dessert you'll ever make!

The creamiest, richest recipe for Triple Layer Cheesecake cheesecake you'll ever make, layered with white and dark chocolate!

INGREDIENTS
• 120g cookies
• 80g melted butter
 
For the filling:
• 600g cream cheese
• 100g icing sugar
• 3 eggs
• 250g whipped cream
• 15g cornmeal
Divide the mixture into 3 servings
 100g melted dark chocolate
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 
100g melted white chocolate
 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
1 tbsp instant coffee
 1 tbsp boiling water
 1/2 tsp coffee essence
 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
 
METHOD
1.Crush cookies with a zip lock bag.
2. Add melted butter to the crumbs. Form the crust into the baking form.
3. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer. Add sugar and beat, eggs and beat. Pour in cream and whip. Add corn flour and mix everything. Divide into 3 servings.
4. In the first portion add melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix. In the second portion, add melted white chocolate and vanilla extract. In the third portion add instant coffee dissolved in one tbsp. tablespoons boiling water, add coffee essence, coffee liquor. Stir.
Pour 30g of dark and light cream for decoration.
5. Pour the first portion into the mold on the first layer. Bake in a water bath 150°C/300°F for 30min.
Then pour the second portion and bake for 30 min
6. Fill the third layer. Decorate the cake. Bake for 30 minutes.
