Quick and easy ice cream log: you only need 4 ingredients!

INGREDIENTSladyfinger biscuits
4 tbsp hazelnut cream
400g mascarpone
200g whipped cream
100g powdered sugar
chocolate chips
milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the whipped cream, add the chocolate chips at the end. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and start putting together your log. First, a layer of ladyfingers soaked in milk, pour the mascarpone cream, then the hazelnut cream, and cover with the remaining mascarpone cream. Let chill in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Serve cold.
