Peanut butter brownies: you get the best of both worlds in one yummy bite!

Two of our favourite things
combine to make these irresistible treats!
NGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8-12 peanut butter cups
METHOD
In a bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Over the pan with simmering water in a bowl melt the butter and chocolate chips then add in sugar and mix until combined. Remove
ve bowl from the heat and add eggs one at time, stirring well with adding the vanilla. Add the flour mixture. Lay the pechament paper on the baking pan, spray it with oil and pour the chocolate dough into parchment paper-lined baking pan. Then press whole peanut butter cups into the dough.
Bake about 30 minutes, 350 '.
Also you can pour the cake with melted peanut butter.
