Apple cakes in a pan ready in 5 minutes: better than pancakes!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
160g (3/4 cup) of sugar
60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
1 lemon (zest)
160g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
110g (1 cup) of cornstarch
16g of baking powder
3 apples
Lemon (juice)
30g (1/4 cup) of light brown sugar
Cinnamon
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until sugar dissolves. Add the milk, lemon (zest), flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and mix until combined.
2. Peal and remove the inner part from the apples and cut them into slices.
3. In a bowl add the lemon juice, light brown sugar, and cinnamon and whisk to combine. Add the apple slices and mix them well with the juice.
4. Transfer the apple slices to the pan and with the pipping bag spread the prepared batter over them. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes flip them over and let them cook for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the apple slices on a serving plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
