Quick apple strudel: here is how to prepare one in just a few minutes!

Easy and quick to prepare. The perfect autumnal dessert that can be prepared in no time at all!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 apples
juice of half a lemon
20g sugar
raisins
150g jam

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the apples. Pour the lemon juice over them, add the raisins, the sugar, and mix.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and place the apples in the center. Cut the sides of the pasty into strips and braid them.
3. Brush the top with some egg wash (yolk) and sprinkle some brown sugar over it.
4. Bake at 180° C for 25 minutes.
