Saltimbocca bread: how to make them delicious step by step!

INGREDIENTS
1kg of flour
7g of dry yeast
600ml (2 1/2 cups) of water
10g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
Olive oil
 
For the filling:
Raw ham
Mozzarella

METHOD
  1. In a bowl with the flour add the dry yeast, water, and salt and mix until the dough is created. Knead the dough with your hands for some time and transfer it to the oiled bowl. Let it rise for two hours.
  2. After time has elapsed dust the working surface with the flour and transfer the dough to it. Split into 5 equal parts and create the balls and stretch the balls to create the buns.
  3. Transfer them to the pan covered with parchment paper, stretch them one more time and make them tinner. Let them rise for 3 hours.
  4. After time has elapsed bake them in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Fill saltimbocca with raw ham and mozzarella. Transfer to the oven and bake some more time until the mozzarella is melted.
