Egg in hole sandwich: ready in 10 minutes, easy and tasty!

Simply to make and super delicious, it will be a hit! 

INGREDIENTS
• 16 slices bacon
• 8 slices bread 1/2 inch thick
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 8 eggs
• 6 tbsp grated parmesan
• 1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
 
METHOD
  1. Put the bacon in one layer on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper plate lined with a towel.
  2. Lightly grease the pan.
  3. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, make a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
  4. Grease one side with butter. Place the bread on the prepared pan with the butter facing down.
  5. Add slices of bacon and eggs, carefully cracking the eggs in each hole and keeping the yolk intact. Sprinkle with parmesan and thyme; Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Put in the oven and bake at 400F/200C for 12-15 minutes.
