Egg in hole sandwich: ready in 10 minutes, easy and tasty!

Simply to make and super delicious, it will be a hit!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 16 slices bacon
• 8 slices bread 1/2 inch thick
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 8 eggs
• 6 tbsp grated parmesan
• 1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
METHOD
- Put the bacon in one layer on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper plate lined with a towel.
- Lightly grease the pan.
- Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, make a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
- Grease one side with butter. Place the bread on the prepared pan with the butter facing down.
- Add slices of bacon and eggs, carefully cracking the eggs in each hole and keeping the yolk intact. Sprinkle with parmesan and thyme; Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in the oven and bake at 400F/200C for 12-15 minutes.
