Dinner rolls: light, fluffy, and buttery, they are impossible to resist!

INGREDIENTS
250 g (1/2 pound) flour;
1 tsp powdered yeast;
1 tbsp sugar;
½ cup lukewarm milk;
1 egg;
¼ cup scallions, sliced;
3 tbsp butter, melted;
1 tsp salt;
½ cup cheese, shredded;
½ cup ham, chopped;
¼ cup scallions, sliced;
egg wash.
METHOD
- To start the dough whisk sugar and yeast in the lukewarm milk. Add flour, salt, an egg and melted butter.
- Stir until lumps of the dough form and add ¼ cup sliced scallions. Stir the dough to incorporate sliced scallions, grease the surface and cover with plastic. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Combine ¼ cup scallions with ham and cheese.
- Generously flour the working space, knead the dough, form it into a ball and cut into 8 pieces.
- Roll each piece out, sprinkle with a little bit of ham and cheese mixture, roll, flip and roll out again as shown in the video.
- Add some more filling and form a dinner roll. Set aside for 30 minutes, then cover with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes.
