Dinner rolls: Light, fluffy and buttery!

The whole family will love this recipe for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
1 large egg
50g (1/4 cup) yogurt
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
400g (3 1/4 cup) flour
7g dry yeast
4g (1 tsp) salt
60g (1/4 cup) butter
Butter for filling
Egg wash:
1 egg
20ml (2 tbsp) milk
Salt
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, add warm milk, egg, and sugar. Mix well. Add flour, yeast, and salt. Mix. Rest for 20 minutes.
- Add the butter and mix. Knead and fold the dough until smooth. When it's smooth, place in an oiled bowl and rest for 60 minutes.
- Deflate the dough by punching out the gas. Flatten out the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Round each into a ball. Rest for 20 minutes.
- Flatten the dough upside down. Fill with butter. Pinch the seams to seal.
- Place in a greased baking dish. Cover for 20 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash. Top with salt.
- Bake at 360F/180C for 18-20 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Serve.
