Dinner rolls: Light, fluffy and buttery!

The whole family will love this recipe for dinner! 
 
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
1 large egg
50g (1/4 cup) yogurt
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
400g (3 1/4 cup) flour
7g dry yeast
4g (1 tsp) salt
60g (1/4 cup) butter
Butter for filling
 
Egg wash:
1 egg
20ml (2 tbsp) milk
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. In a mixing bowl, add warm milk, egg, and sugar. Mix well. Add flour, yeast, and salt. Mix. Rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the butter and mix. Knead and fold the dough until smooth. When it's smooth, place in an oiled bowl and rest for 60 minutes.
  3. Deflate the dough by punching out the gas. Flatten out the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Round each into a ball. Rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Flatten the dough upside down. Fill with butter. Pinch the seams to seal.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover for 20 minutes.
  6. Brush with egg wash. Top with salt.
  7. Bake at 360F/180C for 18-20 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Serve.
