Yogurt cake: the recipe for a creamy ovenless dessert

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
2 eggs
400 g of greek yogurt or sour cream
150 g of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
50 g of flour or cornstarch
100 g of room temperature butter
- For the base:
300 g of chocolate biscuits
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
120 g of melted butter
1 tbsp of milk
Directions:
1. In a saucepan mix eggs and yogurt.
2. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.
3. Stir well, then put it on the stove and bake at medium-low heat until it thickens.
4. Cover with some plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
5. Now make the base by finely blending the biscuits.
6. Mix them with vanilla sugar, melted butter and milk.
7. Coat the bottom and the edges of a cake mold with this mixture and flatten.
8. Aside whisk the butter for 4-5 minutes, then add the cream you made before a little bit at a time.
9. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base.
10. Cover with some more crumbled biscuits.
11. Decorate with some hazelnuts on top.
12. Let cool overnight in the fridge before serving.
