Chocolate Ball Cake: creamy and delicious, the dessert of your dreams!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
150ml (2/3 cup) milk
60ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
120g (1 cup) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa
90g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
400g greek yogurt
90g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
25g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa
120g of dark chocolate

METHOD
  1. In a bowl sift the flour with cocoa powder and baking soda. Add in oil, milk, eggs and vinegar. Bake at microwave at high volume for 7 minutes. Cut prepared cake for 3 parts ( you can also cut the top to align it).
  2. Then melt the chocolate, in another bowl mix Greek yogurt with powdered sugar, cacao powder and chocolate.
  3. In another bowl put plastic cups wrap, then add the first layer of cream, then top it with the first layer of a cake, repeat it 2 times. Refrigerate it for 5 hours.
  4. Then transfer cake onto the pan and apply the rest of the cream onto it. You can also sprinkle the dough crumbs around the cake.
