Chocolate Ball Cake: creamy and delicious, the dessert of your dreams!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
150ml (2/3 cup) milk
60ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
120g (1 cup) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa
90g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
400g greek yogurt
90g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
25g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa
120g of dark chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl sift the flour with cocoa powder and baking soda. Add in oil, milk, eggs and vinegar. Bake at microwave at high volume for 7 minutes. Cut prepared cake for 3 parts ( you can also cut the top to align it).
- Then melt the chocolate, in another bowl mix Greek yogurt with powdered sugar, cacao powder and chocolate.
- In another bowl put plastic cups wrap, then add the first layer of cream, then top it with the first layer of a cake, repeat it 2 times. Refrigerate it for 5 hours.
- Then transfer cake onto the pan and apply the rest of the cream onto it. You can also sprinkle the dough crumbs around the cake.
