Yogurt cake: the recipe for a simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients: 
 
- For the base:
300 g of dry biscuit
150 g of butter 
 
- For the yogurt cream: 
400 ml of fresh whipping cream 
600 ml of strawberry yogurt
20 g of gelatin sheets 
60 g of powdered sugar 
 
- For the strawberry topping: 
250 g of strawberries 
3 tbsp of sugar
Half a lemon juice 
 
Directions:
1. Blend the biscuits, then mix with melted butter. 
2. Use this mixture to coat the bottom of cake mold (24 cm diameter) covered in baking paper.
3. Use a spoon to flatten, the let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
4. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes, then squeeze it and dissolve it in 100 ml of warm whipping cream. 
5. Whip what's left of the cream. Then stir in, powdered sugar, yogurt and the gelatin mix from before. 
6. Pour the cream on top of the biscuit base and level. 
7. Let cool in the fridge for an hour. 
8. For the topping, heat in a pan diced strawberries, lemon juice and sugar. 
9. Cook at medium heat until it becomes creamy. 
10. Let cool completely then pour on top of the cake. 
11. Let rest the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 
12. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
