Teadrop cake: a refined and delicious dessert!

An easy dessert to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS

160g (1 cup) flour;
25g (2 tbsp) sugar;
salt;
1 tsp baking powder;
80g (1/3 cup) butter;
1 egg yolk;
1 tbsp yogurt.

Filling:
500g cottage cheese;
100g (1/2 cup) sour cream;
3 egg yolks;
200g (1 cup) sugar;
10g (2 1/2 tsp) vanilla sugar;
3 egg yolks;
200g (1 cup) sugar;
10g (2 1/2 tsp) vanilla sugar;
25g (3 tbsp) semolina;
For the glaze;

4 egg whites;
100g (1/2 cup) sugar.
METHOD
- In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and whisk
- Add the butter and combine well with hands.
- Add the egg yolk, yogurt and create the batter. Set aside the batter in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl add cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and combine well.
- Arrange the dough in a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Lay out the filling and place in the oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer and add sugar to create whipping cream. - Distribute the whipping cream and place the cake in the oven at 160 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, ventilate slightly and leave the cake in the oven for 3 hours.
