Teadrop cake: a refined and delicious dessert!

An easy dessert to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS

Dough:
160g (1 cup) flour;
25g (2 tbsp) sugar;
salt;
1 tsp baking powder;
80g (1/3 cup) butter;
1 egg yolk;
1 tbsp yogurt.
 
Filling:
500g cottage cheese;
100g (1/2 cup) sour cream;
3 egg yolks;
200g (1 cup) sugar;
10g (2 1/2 tsp) vanilla sugar;
25g (3 tbsp) semolina;

For the glaze;
4 egg whites;
100g (1/2 cup) sugar.

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and whisk
  2. Add the butter and combine well with hands.
  3. Add the egg yolk, yogurt and create the batter. Set aside the batter in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl add cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and combine well.
  5. Arrange the dough in a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
  6. Lay out the filling and place in the oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
    Beat the egg whites with a mixer and add sugar to create whipping cream.
  7. Distribute the whipping cream and place the cake in the oven at 160 ° C for 15 minutes.
  8. Turn off the oven, ventilate slightly and leave the cake in the oven for 3 hours.
