Ingredients:
500 gr flour
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
40 gr butter
125 gr cold water
120 gr milk
9 gr instant yeast
2 eggs
Melted butter
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
1. Dough: put the flour, sugar, salt, vinegar, vanilla extract, butter, water, milk, eggs, yeast in the mixer and mix for 10/15 minutes.
2. Double in volume in a greased bowl.
3. Divide the dough into 12 parts and let them double in volume.
4. Then bake at 320°F/160° for 10/15 minutes.
5. Brush with melted butter and pass them in sugar.
