Homemade donuts: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
150g all purpose flour
200g Manitoba flour
160g milk
1 egg
11g brewer's yeast
50g butter
40g sugar
4g salt
Vanilla extract
To decorate:
sugar
Chocolate
Sugar glaze
Directions:
1. First dissolve the yeast in the milk.
2. In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, milk and yeast.
3. Finally add the egg, butter and form a homogeneous dough.
4. Leave to rise for 90 minutes in the oven off.
5. Then form the donuts and let them rise for another 90 minutes.
6. Fry and decorate these donuts.
