Savory garlic pie: the recipe for a fluffy and fragrant dinner

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
200 g of flour
1 egg
20 g of sugar
4 g of dry brewer's yeast
30 g of room temperature butter
- For the garlic seasoning:
1 tsp of chopped garlic
1 tsp of mayonnaise
Half a tbsp of chives
1 tsp of egg
13 g of butter
- For the filling:
140 g of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix one beaten egg, sugar, yeast and warm milk. Mix well to blend all the ingredients.
2. Add in the flour and salt too.
3. Knead with a spoon then with your hands.
4. Add in the soft butter and knead for at least 5 minutes.
5. Once you get a smooth dough block, put it in a cake pan (22 cm diameter) and let rise for an hour at 30 degrees.
6. Cut the dough making some sqaures.
7. In a bowl mix egg, butter, garlic, mayonnaise and chives.
8. Use this mix and spread it on top of the dough.
9. Put the mozzarella cut in dices into the cuts.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
