Rustic savory pizza: how to make it tall and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
360g (2 ¾ cups) of all-purpose flour
230ml (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) of milk
2 eggs
80ml (⅓ cup) of vegetable oil
10g (1 tsp) of salt
10g (1 tsp) of sugar
4g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
40g (¼ cup) of parmesan
100g (⅔ cup) of cooked ham, cubes
100g (⅔ cup) of salami, cubes
100g (⅔ cup) of sharp cheese, cubes
100g (⅔ cup) of mozzarella, cubes
METHOD
1. In a large bowl whisk flour with salt, sugar, and yeast. Add in eggs, oil and milk, and whisk until smooth.
2. Spread ½ of the batter on the bottom of a 25cm baking pan. Top with ⅔ of cheese, ham, and salami. Pour another half of the batter on top and sprinkle with the leftover filling.
3. Set the pie aside for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes.
