Apple and almond pie

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
200 g flour
35 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
120 g butter
Filling:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
50 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
70 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 ml milk
30 g melted butter
800 g apples
Almond flakes

Almond flakes
Directions:
1.In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and butter.
2.Mix everything until you have a sandy mixture.
3.Crush it into the mold and set aside.
4. In a bowl mix the eggs with salt, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and melted butter.
5. Add the apples cut into thin slices.
6. Pour onto the base and then add the almonds.
7. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
