Cheesy vegetable pie: the simple and savory recipe to try

Ingredients: 
1 potato 
Olive oil 
2 carrots 
1 onion 
6 eggs 
Salt and pepper 
Fresh parsley 
300 g of canned peas 
125 g of camembert cheese 
Breadcrumbs 
 
Directions: 
1. Dice potatoes and carrots. 
2. Cook them in a pan with some olive oil. 
3. Also add finely chopped onion. 
4. Aside whisk the eggs and season them with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. 
5. When they're ready, also add peas to the vegetables. 
6. Oil the bottom of a round cake mold, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 
7. Add the vegetables and pour the eggs mixture. 
8. Put cheese in the middle. 
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
