Cauliflower meatballs: the recipe for a savory and tasty dish

Ingredients:
100 g of rice
250 ml of water
1 cauliflower
Thyme
Marjoram
Curry
Paprika
Pepper
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
Chili pepper
Grated cheese
Breadcrumbs
Seeds oil for frying
Directions:
1. Cook the rice into salted water, at low heat and with the lid on.
2. Cut the cauliflower in pieces then finely chop it.
3. Cook the cauliflower into a pan at medium-high heat for 20 minutes. Then let cool.
4. In a bowl mix cooked cauliflower, squeezed rice, fresh thyme and marjoram, pepper, paprika, curry, egg and egg yolk, chili pepper and grated cheese.
6. Stir to make an even dough, then add some breadcrumbs.
7. With slightly oiled hands make the meatballs, then coat them into breadcrumbs.
8. Fry in a pan with some seeds oil until golden.
