8 sides cream buns: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
125ml (1/2 cup) water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp (42g) soft butter
200g whipping cream + 2 tbsp powder sugar
Walnuts if using
 
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, dry yeast, water, brown sugar and salt.
2. Finally add the soft butter and mix well.
3. Make a uniform dough and cover it for about 40-60 minutes.
4. Divide 1/2 dough into 8 pieces and top them with beaten egg.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
6. Fill with whipping cream and decorate with powder sugar and walnuts.
