Fluffy buns: perfect for a delicious side dish!

INGREDIENTS
480g (4 cups) Flour
220g (1 cup) yogurt
230ml (1 cup) water
1 pack baking powder
1 tsp salt
100g (1/2 cup) melted butter
a pinch of chopped parsley 

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, water, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and make balls, let them rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll out each ball and fry from both sides.
  4. Mix melted butter with parsley and spread each bread piece with it.
