Brioche cake: how to prepare this amazing and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
100 gr of sourdough or make a leaven with 60 gr of flour, 30 gr of water and 5 gr of fresh yeast or 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
80 ml of whole milk
80 grams of sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
140 gr of butter
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Mix the flour with the sourdough (or the various alternatives).
2. Then add the milk, sugar, eggs, honey and vanilla extract.
3. Then add salt and butter.
4. Let rise in a greased mold.
5. Bake at 340°F (170) for 30 minutes.
