Meat wellington: the tasty meal to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin 1
Salt
Black pepper
herbs
Cheese 100 g
Flour
1 puff pastry sheet
Egg yolk 2
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Season the pork with salt, black pepper and herbs.
2. Brown the meat in a pan with oil.
3. Spread the puff pastry and fill it with pork.
4. Roll it and spread with egg yolk.
5. Add sesame seeds and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45/50 minutes.
