Homemade spring rolls: the recipe for a tasty and crunchy snack

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Carrots
Leek
Cabbage
Phyllo dough (or rice paper)
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the vegetable in very thin stripes.
2. In a pan heat some oil and stir fry the vegetables.
3. Brush the phyllo dough with some oil.
4. Fold it onto itself.
5. Put the vegetables on the outer side.
6. Roll the dough and fold the edges.
7. Seal with oil.
8. Fry the spring rolls in a pan with some oil until they're golden.
