Homemade cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:
Dough:
350 g flour
60 g sugar
120 ml warm milk
50 g butter
1 egg
5 g dry brewer's yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling:
80 g soft butter
100 g brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Icing:
80 g spreadable cheese
3 tablespoons icing sugar
Vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Mix milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
2. Gradually add the other ingredients and work everything together until you have a uniform dough.
3. Let it rise for 60-90 minutes.
4. In the meantime, prepare the filling by mixing butter, sugar and cinnamon.
5. Shape the cinnamon and let it rest for another 50 minutes.
6. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
7. Prepare the icing and decorate the cinnamon.
