Chocolate Pine Cones

Ingredients:
150 g of biscuits
15 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
50 g of roasted almonds or hazelnuts
2 tbsp of mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp of cocoa spread
Cocoa corn flakes
Caramel for the filling
15 g of unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
1. Blend biscuits, almonds and cocoa into a fine dust.
2. Add cocoa spread and mascarpone cheese. Knead with your hands until you get a firm dough.
3. Shape into 100 g each balls and shape into a cone.
4. Fill with caramel and coat with cocoa corn flakes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
