Whipped shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:
Whipped shortcrust pastry:
350 g flour 00
130 g sugar
pinch salt
8 g baking powder
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
150 g seed oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons Orange paste
orange powder to taste
Quince jam (or to taste)
sugar granules for decoration
Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: mix oil, sugar and salt in a bowl.
2. Then add egg whites, egg, flour, orange powder, orange paste and honey.
3. Form a creamy and dense dough.
4. Assemble and fill the tart in a mold.
5. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
