Homemade sweet fritters

Ingredients:
300 g flour
130 g warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
40 g soft butter
1 egg
5 g dry brewer's yeast
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon vanilla or 1 sachet of vanilla

Directions:
1. Mix the yeast with milk and sugar, let it rest for 2 minutes.
2. Then add eggs, vanilla extract, flour and salt.
3. Add the butter and mix well until you have a uniform and soft dough.
4. Cover and let it rest for an hour.
5. Form the mini doughnuts and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
6. Fry in hot oil and pass in sugar.
