Bechamel sauce with oil

Ingredients:
50 gr flour 00
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
500 ml milk
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a saucepan mix flour and extra virgin olive oil.
2. Then gradually add the milk and finally the salt.
3. Bring to the boil and thicken over low heat.
