Amaretti and apple pie

Ingredients:
for the pastry:
400 g of 00 flour
150 g butter
180 g of sugar
2 eggs
lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
2 apples
200 g of apricot jam
120 g of amaretti

Directions:
1. Pastry: mix the butter with flour, sugar, eggs, lemon zest and salt. Form a loaf and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Assemble the tart filling it with jam, apples and amaretti.
3. Brush the surface with milk.
4. Bake at 180° for 45-50 minutes.
