Whole wheat raisins brötchen

Ingredients:
Dough:
500g whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
300 ml water
1 tbsp softened butter
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix wheat flour, yeast, salt and water.
2. Finally add butter and make a fluffy dough.
3. Cover for about 8 hours.
4. Then spread the dough and add raisins.
5. Divide the dough in 4 parts and cover them again for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 220° for 15 minutes.
