Puff pastry with icing and jam

Ingredients:
1 egg white
150 g powdered sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
75 g jam
1 roll of puff pastry

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the egg white and powdered sugar.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into rectangles.
3. Cover with icing and jam.
4. Bake at 190° for 20 minutes.
