Puff pastry apple muffin

Ingredients:
3 apples
50 g butter
50 g sugar
2 rolls of puff pastry
300 g spreadable cheese
10 g vanilla sugar
60 g sugar
25 g cornstarch
1 egg
flaked almonds
Directions:
1. Butter the muffin pan and cover it with the first roll of puff pastry.
2. Cut the apples and cook them with sugar and butter.
3. Mix the cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and an egg.
4. Fill the puff pastry with apples and cream, cover with the second roll.
5. Brush the surface and add the almonds.
6. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
