Soufflé japanese pancakes: the recipe to make them fluffy and mouthwatering

Ingredients:
2 yolks
22 ml milk
35 gr flour
2 g baking powder
q.s. vanilla flavoring
3 egg whites
25 gr sugar
a few drops of lemon juice

Directions:
In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the milk, then add flour and the baking powder.
Separately whip the egg whites and add sugar and lemon juice.
Combine the two compounds adding the vanilla flavor. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of seed oil.
