Soufflé pancake: soft and super greedy!

The best breakfast idea ever!

INGREDIENTS

150g cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2g vanilla extract
20g (1 3/4 tbsp) cake flour
5g corn starch
2 egg whites
3g lemon juice
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD

In a bowl mix together cream cheese, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Sift in flour and cornstarch.
In another bowl beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar.
Mix in egg whites mixture into the egg yolks mixture.
Transfer to the baking pan, bake at 190°C (370°F) for 12 minutes and 150°C (300°F) for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
