Soufflé pancake: soft and super greedy!

The best breakfast idea ever!
INGREDIENTS
150g cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2g vanilla extract
20g (1 3/4 tbsp) cake flour
5g corn starch
2 egg whites
3g lemon juice
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together cream cheese, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Sift in flour and cornstarch.
- In another bowl beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar.
- Mix in egg whites mixture into the egg yolks mixture.
- Transfer to the baking pan, bake at 190°C (370°F) for 12 minutes and 150°C (300°F) for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
