Crepe cake: how to make it tall and super greedy!

INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 3/5 cups) of milk
40 g of butter 
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 eggs, beaten 
2 tsp instant coffee 
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
90g (5/8 cup) flour
600ml (2 2/5 cups) whipping cream 
70g (1/3 cup) sugar 
Vanilla extract 
250g cream cheese 
Cocoa powder 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk, butter, and cocoa powder, sift in the flour, 2 eggs, and instant coffee.
2. Fry pancakes from both sides for about 1 minute on medium heat. In a bowl beat whipping cream with sugar, and add in cream cheese.
3. Top the first pancake with the prepared mixture, and repeat with all the rest.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
