Crispy bread with homemade brewer's yeast: the easy recipe

Ingredients:
25g of brewer's yeast
100ml of warm milk
250ml of water
1 teaspoon sugar
250g of 00 flour
250g of Manitoba flour
12g of salt
Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with milk and sugar, then add the water and mix.
Mix the two flours and gradually add the mixture with the yeast. Then add the salt. Let rise for 2 hours.
Then form two loaves and make the usual cuts on the surface.
Leave to rest for an hour and bake at 450°F (230°) for 30/35 minutes.
