Prepare amazing homemade bread rolls with only 5 ingredients:

INGREDIENTS

600 g (21 oz) flour;

350 ml (12.3 oz) warm water;

2 tsp salt;

2 tbsp olive oil;

12 g (0.4 oz) fresh yeast.

METHOD

Whisk fresh yeast with warm water and olive oil.
Whisk flour and salt together separately.
Combine flour with liquid and knead until smooth dough forms. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each one into a round bun. Make 3 slits on top of each bun, cover and set aside again for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and bake at 200C/400F for 30 minutes.
