Prepare amazing homemade bread rolls with only 5 ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
600 g (21 oz) flour;
350 ml (12.3 oz) warm water;
2 tsp salt;
2 tbsp olive oil;
12 g (0.4 oz) fresh yeast.
METHOD
- Whisk fresh yeast with warm water and olive oil.
- Whisk flour and salt together separately.
- Combine flour with liquid and knead until smooth dough forms. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each one into a round bun. Make 3 slits on top of each bun, cover and set aside again for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour and bake at 200C/400F for 30 minutes.
