How to grow more brewer's yeast using a small amount
published on 1 April, 2020 at 12:14
Ingredients:
25 g brewer's yeast or 7 g dry yeast
25 gr water
60 gr 00 flour
Preparation:
Crumble the yeast into the water and stir until it has completely dissolved.
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough (about 100gr) in a container and let it rest for 24 hours. You can use it right away or keep it in the fridge for 7 days.
In addition, once ready, you can use 25 gr of the new brewer's yeast and make it again.
