Burger buns: the recipe to make them perfect at home

Ingredients:
550 g of bread flour
130 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
35 g of sugar
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
2 egg yolks
230 g of milk
15 g of salt
60 g of butter
1 egg yolk + milk for brushing
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Crumble yeast and dissolve it into the milk.
2. Then mix flour, sugar, potatoes and the yeast mixture.
3. Add egg yolks and knead.
4. Gradually mix in diced butter and salt.
5. Cover with plastic and let rise for 3 hours.
6. Cut the dough in 8 pieces of about 130 g each.
7. Place in a tray coated with baking paper, cover and let rise again for 1 hour and a half.
8. Brush with a mixture of milk and whisked egg yolk, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 200° for 16/18 minutes.
