Almond pie: the recipe for a delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
140 g of butter
240 g of flour
30 g of almond flour
60 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 egg
- For the almond filling:
120 g of almond flour
120 g of butter
100 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
Vanilla (or any other flavoring you like)
- For decoration:
60 g of almond flakes
2 tbsp of powdered sugar (optional)
Apricot jam
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar and salt.

2. Then stir in butter mixing with your hands.
3. Add vanilla and the egg.
4. Knead and flatten the dough, then place in a mold cutting off the excess.
5. Make some holes using a fork and refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Now make the filling: whip the butter and mix with powered sugar.
7. Then add the eggs, almond flour and vanilla.
8. Pour the almond filling in the pie and sprinkle with almond flakes on top.
9. Bake at 160° for 35 minutes.
10. Let cool, then brush with apricot jam and decorate with powdered sugar.
