Rice cheese balls: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
(for 12-13 pcs)
400 g of boiled rice
2 eggs
100 g of grated carrots
150 g of green beans
220 g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 tsp of salt
Fresh parsley
Half a tsp of black pepper
15 g of flour
Stringy cheese for stuffing
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Mix rice and eggs in a large bowl. Then add carrots, chopped green beans and mozzarella cheese.
2. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Then mix to blend all of the ingredients.
3. Lastly, stir in flour.
4. Shape the balls using your hands and stuff them placing diced cheese in the middle.
5. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
