Sliced pork loin: the recipe to make them juicy and delicious

Ingredients:
500 g of pork loin
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
2 garlic cloves
300 ml of white wine
400 ml of vegetable broth
Directions:
1. Stir fry garlic and oil in a large pot.
2. Then place the meat and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
3. Pour wine and evaporate.
4. Then add broth and let cook for 90 minutes.
5. Let cool and blend the cooking juices.
6. Slice the meat and serve with sauce.
