Custard pie: the recipe for a delicious and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 g of flour
5 g of baking powder
60 g of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 g of butter
Lemon zest
1 egg
- For the custard:
300 ml of milk
Lemon zest
2 egg yolks + 1 egg
60 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
25 g of butter
Almond flakes for decoration
Directions:
1. Mix sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bow.
2. Add soft butter and grated lemon zest mixing with your hands.
3. Lastly add egg, too.
4. Wrap the dough in baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. For the custard: heat up milk and grated lemon zest in a saucepan.
6. Aside, whisk eggs with sugar. Then stir in corn starch.
7. Mix the two and heat up on medium it stirring until it thickens. Then stir in butter.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
9. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin and use it to coat the bottom of a mold, then make some holes using a fork.
10. Fill with custard, then cover with more dough.
11. Brush with some egg white and decorate with almond flakes and more custard.
12. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
13. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
