Potato patties: the tasty recipe ready in just a few minutes

Ingredients:

1 tomato

Dill

500 g of potatoes

1 egg

Salt

Pepper

Vegetable oil

40 g of cheese

Directions:

1. Slice tomato and chop dill. Set aside.

2. Peel potatoes and grate them, then rinse them in a bowl of water and squeeze.

3. Add egg, salt and pepper.

4. Shape the patties using a spoon and place them in pan with some vegetable oil.

5. Put a lid on and cook at low heat for 5 minutes.

6. Cover with sliced tomato and grated cheese. Then season with dill.

7. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
