Crispy zucchini in a pan: the easy recipe for a tasty side dish

Ingredients:
1 zucchini (230 g)
3 tbsp of flour
50 ml of very cold water
Salt
Cornflakes
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini into rounds.
2. Mix water, salt and flour in a bowl. Stir well to make a smooth batter.
3. Pour in zucchini and blend to coat coat them.
4. Now coat them with cornflakes.
5. Fry in hot seeds oil until they're golden on both sides.
