Apple pie: the delicious and original recipe with pineapple in it

Ingredients: 
400 g of flour 
50 g of potato starch 
250 g of sugar 
50 g of powdered sugar 
250 g of butter
4 eggs 
Lemon zest 
1 can of pineapple in syrup 
3 apples 
1 tbsp of cherry jam 
 
Directions: 
1. Divide flour in two parts: mix one with butter and eggs in the other. 
2. Then add sugar, lemon zest and powdered sugar too. 
3. Now mix the two and knead. 
4. Lastly add potato starch. 
5. Place the dough on the bottom of a cake mold coated with baking paper. 
6. Cut apple in very thin slices, then blend pineapple. 
7. Fill the cake with this mixture, arrange apple slices and place jam in the middle. 
8. Sprinkle with sugar. 
9. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
