Pineapple wrappers: fast and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
9 slices of pineapple
1 egg for egg wash
Light brown sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry onto a clean surface. Cut it into strips with a knife or pizza cutter.
2. Wrap the pastry strips around the pineapple rings and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3. Brush pineapple wrappers with egg, and sprinkle with light brown sugar.
4. Bake in the oven at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
