Butter bread: the recipe to make it soft and fragrant at home

Ingredients:
80 ml of warm milk
1 egg
5 g of dry brewer's yeast
20 g of sugar
3 g of salt
160 g of bread flour
20 g of soft butter
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in milk. Then add sugar and salt.
2. Stir in egg and flour.
3. Lastly add butter and mix well.
4. Cover and let rest for 2 hours.
5. Knead the dough and shape it into a loaf.
6. Place it in a butter and floured mold.
7. Cover and let rest again for 2 hours.
8. Brush its surface with whisked egg and milk.
9. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
